What started out as updating our kitchen turned into a whole house remodel. We basically took the inside of the house down to bare walls. We really liked the design process. Once the design was done, we met with our designer once a week to pick things out. One time it might be appliances and the next might be flooring. Because of the scope of the project, it took about 6 months from start of design to start of construction. It was nice not to be rushed and overwhelmed by the decisions that had to be made. Dodson accommodated our wish to stay in the house during the remodel. They split the process into two phases by doing half the house at a time while we lived in the other half. All the people who came into the house were nice and courteous and cleaned up at the end of the day. There were problems and one was major in my opinion but when pointed out were corrected. We are extremely satisfied with the results.

We recently had our kitchen and family room remodeled by Dodson Builders Construction. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the first meeting with Peter, we knew clearly what to expect. David and Shelbi guided us through the design phase with their expertise but also taking into consideration of our likes and dislikes to make the vision of our new space into reality. The crew members were wonderful and considerate, always willing to answer our questions. Norman kept us updated everyday of the project progress. He always responded promptly to our questions. Lisa was in frequent contact with us to see if we had any concern. Peter and his team made what could have been a stressful project a smooth experience. We would highly recommend Peter and his team.

Let me just start off by saying that we met with several other contractors before we started our project. Those other contractors did not leave us with a good sense that they would be able to complete our project to the level of our expectations. Cheap work is not quality and quality work is not cheap. Peter and the rest of the Dodson team are top quality in every aspect of the construction industry. From planning and design, all through the construction phase, and even now, Peter and his team took great care of us and our home. I am extremely happy with the quality of work that was done and the trust that was built during the process is unwavering. If we had any questions or concerns, Norman and Lisa were there to answer our call. Peter and his team went above and beyond to exceed our expectations.
