        Enterprise leaves customers stranded without a rental due to no notification of updated policies. License must match credit card billing address. If not rental will be denied on the spot. Customer service did not inform at the starting of the exchange or any postings. As a result my ride had departed. I am in town for a family crisis. I missed getting the help they needed due to Enterprise. I just moved and dropped everything to be here. I rent cars 3-4 times a week for work across the country. Now I know why my company avoids using Enterpuse.
