        Bad service. I waited for a whole hour. There were 2 customers that came after me and the employees did not go by their wait list and helped those 2. I'm not very happy about this store. I rather have my service done at a different store. This place is definitely not professional, and their excuse was... they thought I was with those other customer. HELLO!!! GO LOOK AT YOUR WAITLIST!

        I had an incident where phone shipped was under a different account, person unknown. Rick did an excellent job communicating the issue with customer support staff, resolving the issue. Walked out a happy customer.
