        Unstaffed and not good customer service. I found others stores more helpful and willing to resolved the issues I was having with my new iPhone 14 plus max. I'll NEVER go to this store again.

        Needed to help with an old Sprint account and the team went above and beyond. Very friendly and very knowledgeable, I got the help I needed and then some. Gotta say the T-Mobile team here was nice and professional, very satisfied.
