He is very pleasant and kind. Does great work. Ive been going to him for about 30 years. Great guy!

Went in to get a cleaning as a new patient.  I did know who my doctor was.  Kaiser. Did you get my records from other dentist. They are around the corner. They said we don't even know what kind of cleaning to give you. Did you get my records from my last dentist.  The staff is incompetent.

I have always had a wonderful experience at Janzen Dental. I never have to wait, and everyone is so kind. I have typically seen Scott who is always gentle and upbeat. This time I saw Laine, who is similarly upbeat, and explained everything with professionalism and care. I had a lot of tooth pain, and she figured out the problem and addressed it quickly. It was such a relief! I love supporting small family businesses, and Janzen Dental is so worthy of praise and support.

I contacted Janzen Dental this morning following up on a referral for my child. I had just reached out to the other office, which had not received the referral from Janzen Dental. I spoke with Carol, the moment she picked up the phone she was instantly very rude, and condescending. She said the fax was a success on their end, but she would send it again. I informed her I was the parent calling because the other office stated they had not received anything. I also brought it to her attention that she was being very rude, and it was not necessary. Instead of apologizing she said, I thought I was speaking to the other office, not the parent. Which is still not acceptable. I called back to speak to the office manager and Sue answered, she informed me that there is not an office manager. She laughed it off and said, Carol thought she was talking to the other office, not the parent, shes a little frustrated since she has been trying to fax this over to them. I told Sue that is still not an excuse, I informed her this was not the first encounter Ive had with Carol being rude. She responded with, Thats very unusual, out of all the the staff here, shes always so nice. She was very bothered with my complaints about Carol. I was told my concerns would be passed along to the doctor, but I highly doubt it.
