Updatea couple days after my first round of work, Dr. Mann called to see how I was doing. How many doctors do that anymore? I was impressed. I just started with this group as a new patient recently. I was able to get in within a couple of days. I was greeted by first name as I walked in. All of the front staff are very welcoming and courteous. I had not done a great job with self-care and had some work that needed to be done. Dr. Haig Atanesyan showed me my x-rays so I could see for myself what he was telling me. My estimates were presented and some payment options. I did not feel the estimates were outrageous and I was not pressured to commit to anything. I was presented with the financial aspect in a private room so as not to have others ear-hustling my business. When I went back for a crown, my anxiety was through the roof, but was calmed with a weighted blanket!! I literally caught myself starting to snore a couple of timesand I hate going to the dentist. Dr. Atanesyan has a calm tone and gentle bedside manner. I do not look forward to more dental work, but am looking forward to being done and getting relief from my TMJ.

Great dentistry. Had 11 fillings to do and had a great experience. They made everything simple and quick, would respond to my questions, were very professional, and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. The doctors and nurses were competent, skilled, patient, and professional. For my check up, they did a full check up on my teeth fast and skillfully, explained my problems and how to solve them, and I never had to go to different rooms for meaningless test and scans. For my fillings, they spent a considerable amount of time adjusting my bite after the fillings were in place, never lallygagged around, and if they thought I felt uncomfortable, always asked if everything was okay. . The best part of the dentistry was the office/receptionist experience. The office was done quick with no meaningless corporate paperwork or hold ups, the receptionists knew what they were doing, knowledgeable about the practice, and they were always ready to help. I never had the experience of waiting for someone to help me or check me out/in, the paperwork was simple, and I never had to wait for them to ask a doctor for a simple question. In other words, few waits, no pauses, no confusion, no frustration. A textbook example of a great office experience. Lastly, the building was clean, nice (especially the bathroom), and did not smell. In summary, this dentistry is a great dentistry with great people and I highly recommend.
