Update: STILL NO REFUND!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE. They are ignoring all my calls and keep sending me to voicemail 3/27/24 MYRIAM, I know youre reading this call me. Update: i was suppose to be reimbursed $150 that was charged wrongfully, i expected a refund as promised by the manager Myriam, its been 2 weeks and no follow up, she called when I was at work once only, after that i tried calling back several times and its almost like they trained staff to ignore my call. Myriam, please call me, thank you. I had high hopes, I have dental insurance, just for a cleaning and wanting to check up on a pain on one of my tooth that appeared out of now where, Dr. Raul Molina wanted me to get some kind of antibiotic wash, boom $150. Later after the cleaning he mentioned I had 4 small cavities, my insurance covers it, but Dr.Molina likes to use a special kind of filling thats $150 per tooth. My cleaning appointment sky rocketed to over $700. I declined and the front desk girl wanted me to pay for it all. After I explained Im not paying whatever my insurance doesnt cover, she agreed and said the dentist is making her try to sell me the additional services, I got up from my chair and left. Paid the $150 and Im so mad that dentist didnt even acknowledge the pain I was already in. He mentioned if the pain gets worse we will just do a root canal, I knew I smelled a crooked dentist. Go somewhere else. I could tell the girls that work there are very sweet, the dentist just wants more money. I came running to my ortho whom I trust and has guided me to other dentists he actually recommends. What a waste of my day off.

Today, I went to Palm Dental Care and it was a great experience. I showed up 10 minutes early and they were ready to help with no wait. After X-rays, Dr. Molina came to assist me y his work was excellent. He did a gentle cleaning with no pain, and he explained me how to keep up my teeth in good shape. I was surprised that he did the polishing in my teeth too. Usually is done by registered dental assistants. Great job! No doubt, I will come back to see him in my next checkup.

The nicest dental staff I have ever dealt with. They make you feel so comfortable and explain everything thoroughly. They work with your financial needs. Would recommend Palm Dental Care to everyone I know!
