There is a reason this business is so slow, they are less than ethical, particular with billing for things they dont do. They do not follow up with treatments. They put off 2 of my fillings through covid and upon return, just did cleanings, each time leaving me wondering why they didnt do they planned fillings. I became a patient because they were able to get me in the next day when no other dentists had appointments for a couple months.like I said, for good reason, stay away.

I absolutely love Dr. Hung LU and of course his STAFF! I've been in his office 2 times and both times i've excellent service. At the front desk is Jackie, and ever since the first call she has been so attentive and very helpful with everything. Dr. Lu's assistant is also very welcoming, we talked majority of the time and i was very comfortable. Dr LU did a thorough evaluation of every single one of my teeth. Explained everything he recommends and WHY. Best dentist in Fresno! Thank you guys!

Dr. Lu and his staff are great. Dr. Lu has a sincere connection with his patients and I like this a lot about his office.
