Id give a -0 if it was possible. Horrible experience dropped off formal dress to get pressed only and picked it up with massive scratches all over ( tiny holes & tears ) the owner Martin had nerve to say we dropped it off like that. I told him absolutely not that the clerk Kassandra verified that it was brand new with tags attached and no damage. He kept insisting that we brought it like that with the evidence clearly not stating on invoice it had no damage. His attitude was soooo unprofessional and extremely rude. 2 of the clerks apologized with sympathy while he kept on pointing the finger at me. My daughters dress cannot be replaced in time for her event. Terrible management!!!! I feel badly for his workers.

They thought it was a good idea to safety pin holes through a silk dress. Unbelievable, how do you think this is a good idea at a business that handles garments. I also have heat streaks on the silk since they didnt handle the fabric with the correct heat and care. Service: Organic dry cleaning
