Please dont go to this place, they scam!!! I dropped off my UGG jacket and the next day upon pick up I was told it wasnt ready since it was a big jacket. After the girl looked around and made a phone call, she found it and told me it was ready. I payed, but inspected the jacket after I had payed. Well, to my surprise, the same stains were visible, threads coming out everywhere and it was super wrinkly inside. They obviously did not give my jacket the care I was counting on!! Btw I was given my jacket in a disgusting dirty hanger!! I went back inside and showed the girl and she called the lady owner, who told me on speaker she could not refund me because labor was done. At this point Im furious. I was told to leave the jacket to be re-cleaned. Absolutely NOT ! I didnt trust this place anymore and I told the owner over the phone that it was a $350 jacket. She refused a full refund so, I walked out and have filed a refund claim with my bank.
