Had my root canal done in October of 2023 was told there policy is to leave a $250 deposit after my insurance paid them I was owed a refund of $116 as of now January 19 , 2024 i am still waiting for my refund Ive tried reaching out to the front desk receptionist and all she says is the billing department forgot to mail my deposit and I should receive it by the 31of January why its taking so long to refund me my money that only took them 5 seconds to withdraw from my checking account and is now going on 4 months and still no refund thats bad business. However as far as the Dr and my procedure everything was amazing and went well my 1 star is solely based on billing and front desk .

I had a root canal procedure done to my #30 tooth which had 3 roots and 5 canals. Dr. Suanico did an amazing job. The procedure was painless. In the end, he explained and showed me the X-ray on what he had done. He is very professional and patient. Highly recommend.

Very good experience here for my root canal. Everything was comfortable and explained. They checked on me throughout and I felt I was in very capable hands.

Needed a root canal done asap. They were able to fit me in right away and with an early 6:45am appointment, I was so glad! And thank you so much! Procedure went great and I didn't feel any pain. I even went to work right after my appointment. This is my second root canal here and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a painless root canal.
