I went to the bank in fig garden, Fresno very good customer service. I n the past I have always used the Madera Branch, thinking no other branch could've as efficient as Madera's branch. I was wrong, customer service is the bank's middle name. Good banking CENTRAL VALLEY COMMUNITY BANK

Someone from reached out and apologized on behalf of the other person who had called me. Thank you for showing some compassion as this is all happening to myself and many other people I've worked with. I appreciate the affirmation that we can discuss what it will look like to get my account out of the negatives over time. Thank you for your kindness.

I was one of 900 employees furloughed at Bitwise. Bitwise has an account with CVCB and so I also made an account here out of trust. I just got a call from CVCB reminding me that I was in the negatives because my paycheck and every other employees paycheck was clawed back.
Someone from CVCB had the nerve to say I know youre in the negatives and all of this is happening but when can you pay us back? Are you serious?!? I had just paid my bills I wasnt trying to overdraft! Ill pay it as soon as I can but I dont have income at the moment.
Insensitive employee. Ill be switching to EECU as soon as possible.

BAD service.  I tried to make a purchase for an amount less than 1/4 of my AVAILABLE balance & it was declined.  When I called customer service, they simply told me they did not like this retailer, which was WAL MART!  These COMMUNISTS actually forbid me from making a purchase at WalMart because they do not like WalMart.  This is not the first time they declined a purchase when I had MORE THAN ENOUGH funds available. When I tried to purchase a trumpet, they not only declined my purchase, but held the funds.  I forgave them before, but not again.  The worse part is just HOW RUDE the "customer service" rep behaved.  Just inexcusable!  I'm opening an account with a better bank & closing my account at Central Valley Community Bank RIGHT AWAY!!
