Flowers ETC

Our friends from Florida sent my husband a bouquet of flowers and spent over $100 on them. They rang door bell left them at door and by the tome I got to the door, they were gone. I can see why. They sent us dead flowers. My hubby is in the hospital so the last thing I had time to do was call them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I tried to post a pic but it’s not letting me.

:( my daughter is sad. She ordered a bouquet for me on Valentines Day through From you Flowers who employed this company. She spent 70.00 out of her very limited income as an essential worker to send me a bouquet. Upon receiving the bouquet, she announced that it was nothing like what she ordered. Nor was it even somewhat of a substitution. We feel very ripped off.. on Valentines Day no less... The lame explanation that this was a substitution is not acceptable.. nor that this company says they will send something on Tuesday. This company owes my daughter a HUGE apology and a Refund.
