I recently went in on November 25 too purchase a bedframe they had good deal on one I wanted when it was time too be picked up I went too go pick up my frame the staff members in the back rudely told me just letting you know we can't tie it down just put the frame on top off my jeep wish they would have let me know before hand our staff cannot help with my frame good thing i had rope so they watched as i was tieing it up myself once i got home come too find out there was 2 side rails missing contacted the store they asked me too send pictures try tell me all the pieces where there and it wasn't all there so I had too go back and pick up the second pieces I felt like they were unorganized if you want customers too come back please don't be rude and when there is something wrong with the item please fix it
