I was sold some supplemental Metlife life insurance as a spouse of a school district employee and after two years of paying ever increasing premiums preceded by less than a week's written notice of premium increase, and never having received from CVT or MetLife either a policy, policy number or written confirmation of coverage, I am now attempting to find within CVT a reliable source of assistance to cancel.

Have had CVT since our district left TSIG. Both my husband and I were double covered in the district, now retired. Rates are a bit higher, but Rx coverage is outstanding for his blood thinner and Coreg. Not impressed with the company they chose to use for their eligibility audit. Have not had problems with auto deductions for premiums.

Still bad service. From the accounting department under Kimberly Gilpin. According to this department the customer is always wrong. I worked with this company for 7 years through a school district. I saved this company thousands of dollars due to errors in the accounting department. They think that since they are a trust that they do not have to give adequate notice when they increasing your premium. The best customer service I had was when Amber D. was there. Sadly they lost her to a company in Oregon. CVT needs to wake up. It's time to give Kimberly the boot and bring someone in that knows how to run the department.

They lie about premiums that go up $100+ yearly. Avoid!
