        This place is great. Tucked back off the busy street so it's quiet and secluded. Yet, at the same time, it is literally right off Highway 41. Walking distance to Blackstone and plenty of places to get food or go to a grocery store. The rooms are not too small. Each has a separate bedroom and they all have a tiny kitchen. They come with a full sized refrigerator with an icemaker, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Smart TVs and clean modern rooms are nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and the friendly staff is very helpful. Not to mention, they have a great breakfast buffet. They are pet-friendly and the rate is very reasonable!

        I booked a room at this hotel a few hours before check in not once was I told over the phone when I booked the room that last check in was at 12:30am. I arrived at 2am and when I got there the receptionist said last check in was at 12:30am but that she was going to see if she could let us in she then opens the door and when I asked her if I could come in she responded with a smart mouth and said thats why I opened the door for you then I asked her what was the reason behind her attitude and she responded Im giving you the room thats what ur asking for right? She then cancelled my room because she said I had an attitude towards her because I expressed to her how upset I was at the fact that I drove from LA and how I was not made aware of last check in being at 12:30am over the phone when I booked the room! If I would had known I would have gone elsewhere its COMMON SENSE. As for the receptionist BRITTNEY that thought it was okay to cancel my room knowing I had my 4 year old toddler with me Ive contacted your corporate number no one should be talked to the way you did to me and get some training on how to provide proper customer service.
