Absolutely hands down the WORST customer service by Alex today at the Riverpark store. I wanted do go home and bring back all of the DVRs, internet etc. in a box and tell him if you don't want my business here you go.

I went to the Xfinity store to shop for a new phone. I dropped and chipped my old phone screen. The repair shops wanted 200.00 just to fix it. The sales specialist, Vanessa, was very helpful and got me the best phone for my needs the Samsung Galaxy A24 Ultra. Not only did she help me set it up she extended a discount to me that the customer service representative from the Philippines call center would not. I was very pleased.
