Mr. Abel has handled a few legal matters for me and was Professional, Courteous and he was always available to speak to me at anytime even evenings about my cases. My son was sent to prison by a judge who told Mr able that he didnt feel comfortable with the sentence. He asked for evidence during multiple hearings and mr able said he had already presented it and didnt see a need to present it again. When we hired a new attorney during the second sentencing the DA actually apologized to my son and us as his parents. He should have never been sentenced with time he should have been on probation. John able has been reported to the BAR 32 different times and has lost his license to practice twice. Look him up and DO NOT take the chance. 3 years of my sons life was wasted due to this man. Hes arrogant, conceded and doesnt care at all about his clients. He took advantage of the fact that my son was only 18 and had him signing things without discussing it with us.
