    I noticed my car pulling to the right so I made an appointment for an alignment. I waited several hours at the dealership &only received updates via the web portal. It was a busy day so I tried to be understanding. Monday was when I received the alignment service &by Saturday, I noticed the vehicle still pulled slightly to the right. I called to reschedule an appointment and I even reached out to my advisor who did not respond to my text message. Mind you, I received text messages asking for a "good survey" from a prior service I got done, which I responded &did provide. So its a little disheartening that I am only contacted &receive quick responses for surveys that provide personal gain rather than when I am expressing dissatisfaction with a service. Upon my arrival to the follow up service (the next monday) I am greeted by a different advisor who obviously is trying to talk me out of getting my vehicle looked at even after I explain how dissatisfied I was. I took the day off, again. He expected me to just turn around &go home without my car even being looked at? I arrange for a ride home, then get a phone call not even 30mins later requesting me to come back to "show" the mechanic what I am experiencing. This is obviously very frustrating and demeaning. I now have to drive around and prove how the vehicle is still pulling, just to be told that its pulling because of the "road". I have no problem with this logic, heres what my issue is.. when I brought my vehicle in, I never received an explanation or was shown my alignment prior to the service being done. There was no transparency or communication. After we come back to this test drive, I have a bunch of men telling me all these excuses as to why the car is not driving straight. They then pull up the alignment comparisons( before &aftee service) &tell me if there was an issue the alignment would show red ¬ green. They admit that previously my alignment wasnt off by alot &it was mainly the steering wheel. My alignment was previously not red &honestly, I know I didnt need one. Why is it that when I brought my vehicle in, you had no problem charging me for a service and now that it is driving the same, you are telling me its because of the roads and that a vehicle will never be "perfectly straight". If you had kept some type of transparency from the beginning and communicated to me before the service then I'd be more understanding. No one EVER mentioned anything about how my alignment was not bad when I brought it in or how "it's just the road" yet when I come back dissatisfied, all you have are excuses? I feel as a female client I was taken advantage of and it is a complete disregard to what your company claims to represent &uphold. The complete opposite of honesty and integrity. I genuinely dont understand why or how hard it was to just put the vehicle back in the service for the alignment to be redone. The time we spent even speaking about the issue, could have resolved all of this. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle said towards the end "if you really want me to I can" as if it was such a hassle. After I already felt uncomfortable and the trust I thought I could give was gone. Why offer to do it after putting up such a fight? I will gladly drive 1-2hrs to the other Lexus locations for my vehicle to be serviced from now on. It really is such a disappointment that I can not trust my local Lexus anymore.
