This was my first time getting a facial and if you have yet to try it I highly recommend that you do. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The staff member that worked on me made sure that I was comfortable from start to finish she explained every single step as she went along. She gave great tips on what to use for my type of skin and suggested different products before I left. Their prices are a bit too steep for me but it was an amazing treat that I think everyone should try at least once. Thankyou to everyone at Hand and Stone for helping me feel pampered.

Veronica, my masseuse was fantastic! I highly suggest doing the contrast therapy add-on. She worked on an ongoing knot that was causing so much discomfort. I am feeling better after my massage. Thank you ladies, it was a very pleasant first experience here!

Couples massage. Very uncomfortable experience. I could hear absolutely everything in the lobby, particularly the whispering and snickering of the receptionists. There was an unnecessarily long and fairly invasive form to fill out in the beginning and apparently loudly speaking about your payments and how much you're going to tip is normal. In a more private setting I could overlook some of these things, but that just wasn't the case. Very little communication with the masseuse (and kept bumping my arms while moving around me. Not a big deal, but annoying when trying to relax). Seeing as how it was my first "professional" massage (and I mentioned it multiple times) I'm completely turned away by everything about them. I'm sure there should have been options of oils, scents, sounds, etc., but nothing was ever offered. 2/10* Will not return, will not recommend. Wife had a much better experience apparently. Not sure what the difference was Reached out to the email address in the reply from H&S. Months later, no reply.
