Could be more knowledgeable in the computer areas. Should not be too quick to tell customers to throw away their stuff and buy a new one. Didn't really give great opinions or other options on what the problems could be. Like I said, quick to say, throw your item away and buy a new one.

Horrible experience. Went in ready to buy a laptop. Went to area, saw the one I wanted then waited about 10 min to find a employee to help me. Employee tells me laptop is in stock,but I have to be put on a wait queue to buy it. He takes my name and number. I waited about another 25 min then waved down another employee, he tell me there's one person ahead of me, but he would help me. I showed him the laptop I wanted, he checks and said he would go get it. By this time there were a few more people waiting for help who all start waiving him down and asking questions, he gets sidetracked helping them,so I got tired of waiting and left without a purchase. Service sucks!

Kicked out of phone tree 3 times then sat on hold for over 20 minutes till I gave up. Not impressed.
