Was referred to an agent here from our realtor that we've known for quite sometime. Staff is friendly. We stayed past their closing time and the guy my parents talked to was definitely giving us the helping hand that we needed. Great experience here.

Referred to Alluvial site by realtor.  Spouse has purchased many homes over the years, and we had refinanced our home several times.  Never did we receive such apathetic, lakidazical, untimely service.  If you are employed in any form, and most assuredly as a working professional - this site is NOT for you.  We would submit requested paperwork - then hear 2-3 weeks later of something additional needed or missing - but expected to produce the next day.  Did more leg work, phone calls, e-mails - than have done in any transaction before.  Often a piece of communication would come through the realtor, and not the lender.  Were told the night before closing (we are talking about 8pm), by a call from the realtor - that a cashiers check from a Credit Union would require additional time - and loan would not close on time.  They had all banking information for 2 months - and this information was NEVER disclosed - don't think they withheld it - just didn't get around to it.  Had to leave work more than once to accommodate needs that were shared last minute - risking the very job that helped qualify the loan.  Staff was generally personable - but disorganized/scattered. They lost one critical piece of paper (had taken time off of work to obtain - was handed directly to staff, with a name) - and not the next day - but 3 days later -( again the closing date) - got an e-mail that without this they could n't close.  When tempers flared - they suddenly found it - and I received a e mail with a "smiley face emogi".  If you are looking for efficient, clear, timely and professional services - avoid this office.  We had better experience online with Quicken - having never met anyone in person.
