I was impressed by Jeremy from the first day I spoke with him. He took the time to get to know me on a personal level and to understand my motivation as an investor. While performing my due diligence and evaluating multiple deals, he was always there to give me his opinion and advice regardless the outcome. When it finally came time to get my offer accepted, Jeremy took that critical step to build rapport with the listing agent, praising our buying ability and pre-qualification, eventually leading to our offer being accepted.
