Dee is fantastic!  I set up a meeting for my grandma to get some paperwork signed. First, she responded quickly and second, understood our concerns and didn't hesitate when we mentioned certain Covid requirements for our household.  Then she was great at following up to confirm the appointment time.  And then (this is why we think she is 5-star ++++) she knew how to do special things for our grandma when it came to her signing needs.  We were so impressed from beginning to end!  Courteous, communicative, friendly, great competitive pricing!
