I went to have a smog on 84 Jeep.3/14/24 I am a former customer of over 6 yrs. I have 3 vehicles and have had them all smog there for the last 6 yrs, I have had excellent service until today. I arrived at 4:00 pm and I was only customer . They quoted me $109.00 Previously I paid $55.00 . My problem is that while I was waiting 2 customers came in and I noticed that they came and left. I went to check on my vehicle and the mechanic told me that he was handling the cars that took less time. I might have accepted that if some one have explain the situation . I told the mechanic that thats poor customer service and needs to work on it. He said thats the way was. Jess Diaz

Great location for smog! Josh did an amazing job with our car. He is super professional and was extremely helpful. We recommend going to him.

Employees are friendly. We visit this location with all of our vehicles. They keep records and make suggestions. There is no pressure for upsale. I would give 5-Stars, but the last time we visited we had to come back. The location was waiting for their oil "replenishment" to get there for servicing. I'm not sure if that was a management issue and proper inventory or a stock issue feom the supplier. When we retuened, the oil change was quick and they checked other fluids and we were on our way. Great service, overall I'd recommend coming here. That's why we do, and with all of our vehicles, as I mentioned prior. (We have 4)
