I am very disappointed! Over a month ago i went for an appointment and the orthodontist said that they will send the paperwork to insurance, but they told me that it takes two to six weeks for insurance to process the approval. Today, I called the office and it turns out they just sent in the approval yesterday!! Omg these people dont do their job. My tooth is aching and Im in a lot of pain People, avoid this place at all cost, ask for referrals in other offices!

My son had to have dental work we live 7 hours from Fresno insurance would only pay for us to come here. The staff are so friendly and . We were treated very well they knew we came a long distance and were able to work with us to make as few appointments as possible. I thank you guys very much.

Absolutely horrible place. Zero empathy, rushed, no bedside manner and impatient. Being taciturn and to the point is one thing; these guys are unworkable. Horrible staff, horrible experience, a waste of time. Go elsewhere, don't give these people a lick of your time.

Never even got a chance to make an appointment because they never answer their phones very unprofessional if you ask me how can you run a business if you absolutely never all day every day refuse to answer your calls

2nd time here and staff is always friendly. My visit I was in and out explained all that was going to happen and after care was explained and sent home with me. Thanks again!
