        Scott is a straight shooter and a fighter. The entire time he was handling my case he was straight up and honest about what the process would be and what I could expect. He was also dead on with assessment from the first day. What stood out for me was that his first priority was making sure that I didnt feel overly encumbered with the process, his first advice was go home and heal. He and his staff checked in throughout and made sure I had a good handle on where we were in the process and never felt lost.
