        Scheduled an appointment for a termite inspection. I was scheduled from 1-2:30pm. I waited until 2:30 and no sign of the inspector. I called the office where they said they were running a little late. But the whole time they couldnt bother to call and notify me! 5:30pm came around and again no sign of this company, No call, no text, no email! Called the main office number again and the lady tells me shes not sure why the inspector never showed and that they didnt have a cell number to contact their own employee???? Had the nerve to then ask if I wanted to reschedule!? No thanks!! Not wasting my time again! If your interested in booking make sure you have plenty of time to loose, Very unprofessional!

        I waited for the technician Justin who was suppose to show between 10-12. That ended up never showing up. Only to talk to the Branch Manager Rudy. Who assured that Justin was coming. Neither never answered their phones. Needless to say I waited until 445 Iin which gave up. Horrible Business. Never use them
