        Ordered online. Said it was done and ready for pick up. My husband went without taking his phone. They couldn't find my name or order. So he had to come back home to take my phone with the email order confirmation number. He went back and they still didn't find anything. So he had to wait at the store while they make our order, since we already paid online. He was gone for a very long time.
