Such a great experience with Melanie and her team, she helped me with my very first home buying experience. She was honest, patient and her expansive experience in the housing market really went a long way. I was not an easy client I bet we looked at over 100 houses, she stayed with me the entire journey, always answered my calls, I can say that due to her quick response time we were able to be the first to put an offer on our dream home, 1 day delay would have cost us that.
