        Called about getting documents notarized. Asked a simple question, received a rather rude response from the woman who answered. Thought to myself, if this is the way they talk to new people asking a question over the phone, how would they be when i go there in person, big NOPE. Work on your customer service, and ditch the attitude. You're there to work with people, not give them an attitude for asking a question.
