        No complaints, my tax preparer Maggie was great, she's relatable and down to earth, and truly quite wise. She deserves a raise if not more, and 24/7 tech support for those glitches you have. As an IT student a husband and a father, we had no problem communicating and Maggie is great with error recovery, if it doesn't seem right she keeps digging. That's the Tax Preparer we need in our community, weather she's new to it or not Jackson and Hewitt made a great choice. Don't make the mistake of letting this employee slip through your fingers, you'll loose an amazing person. Shaw and Blackstone branch has very rude and quite outdated tax preparers and this experience is a breath of fresh air. Thank you J and H And thank you Maggie Ps.
