These guys took great care of our belongings and explained the process to make my family feel better about some valuable items we thought we lost. We were devastated to lose our house to a fire, but BKP Fresno was able to salvage some of our items from the ashes. They worked with our insurance adjuster and us directly for total loss items and items we wanted to keep and try to clean and restore. We would highly recommend Blue Kangaroo Packoutz of Fresno County for any contents packout/packback project as they were very professional, efficient, and effective. They simply did everything right to help us deal with some water damage in our kitchen that affected the first floor of our home. A special shout out to Rick Rose who managed the process working with our insurance adjuster and water mitigation company and for taking the time to explain the process to us. Our belongings were carefully packed up and removed from our home, securely stored and brought back, placed with care once the restoration was finished.
