We needed our old sliding door replaced in hurry as our current one broke. We also needed a custom doggie door in it. Called several places and the wait time and prices were discouraging to say the least. After speaking with Lomax windows we had our new door installed in half the time other companies said it would take and for a much more reasonable price. The process was effortless on our part. They showed up, removed old slider and installed new one with trim, and even trimmed our base boards to make it look perfect. Took less than 3 hours. We were so impressed that we plan on having them back for new windows.

Customer service sucks the person answering the phone is rude and doesnt know about their product. Dont answer the phone if you dont know anything or ask someone who knows.

I highly recommend Lomax if youre in the market to get windows or doors. They have been professional and very nice from quote appointment to the installation. The receptionist was very sweet and professional even though I called like 20 times because I had so many questions. The window tech did an amazing job! My home looks completely different!
