I just called to see if an item was in stock and the person who answered the phone was completely unhelpful. Both of the stores in fresno need to re-evaluate their employees. They all seem unhappy to be working for torrid as if assisting the customers is an inconvenience to them.

Bad customer service. People check your receipt at the time of walking out of this store, the cashier over charge me. I bought two bra and she charged me twice the same bra. When I told her that she charged me twice the bra she check the receipt and ask me for my shopping bag and she check the bag and the receipt and she said oh ok Im gonna refunded you and Im going to charge you the other bra because I didnt charge for did other bra. I said I bought two bra and you charge me for a third bra, so what the heck are you talking about. She was still trying to charge me again for the bra it was already paid. Any ways she refunded back the money from the bra but at the end she got my bra out of the bag and keep it. I got home and when I was looking for my two bras there was only one bra. So this lady keep my bra in the store when it was paid she just needed to refund me the third bra she charged me. Cashier at this stores are so dumb. I call to the store mad and she just say oh Im sorry it was a mistake, oh wow really a mistake that is not a mistake when I talked to her and explain her mistake. No going back to this store ever again.
