Extremely satisfied with the loyalty dedication it took for Crash Champions to get my daughters car looking brand new again, from the moment we walked in the moment we picked up the car, great people great company, as for our main point of contact my hat goes off to him, he kept us in the loop and explained details, as to parts that were ordered, gave an estimated time frame for when to expect the car to be completed, I was extremely satisfied with the customer service provided. We brought in our 2018 Kia Niro for repair. Customer service is super great. They told us it'll take a week and called us only 5 days later. Hood needed to be aligned so I called them up and they asked me to bring it in, it took them like 10 minutes to align it with a great job. I recommend Crash Champions to everyone who wants an excellent customer service and body job experience

I had an accident in the evening, and my car was towed to their shop about a half hour after it closed. A couple of employees were still there, and they opened up the shop for the two truck driver and me after hours. They were kind and very nice to me when I was upset about my car accident. I am very grateful for their kind treatment of me.
