        This is the worst bank! When a check I deposited got returned for NSF by mistake and my account went into the negative they charged me numerous fees putting my balance even more negative. I was out of town and could only talk on the phone plus it was a Saturday! I came in first thing Monday morning and deposited cash explaining it was a bank error that the check was returned. They were very rude, unhelpful and would remove only one fee! I am disabled and on a very limited income! I will be closing my account and will be doing all of my banking at a much better Credit Union. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!

        Understaffed. One teller working and the customer took forever. Someone else was in a cubicle on the phone. After close to 15 minutes I left. Go to the Brea Gateway branch on Imperial. Its run wonderfully and the people are great.
