It is a joy everytime I walk into the Fullerton branch! I have both personal and business accounts at this branch and always receive the best service everytime. Rosa Cruz isnone of the tellers I go to often. She is the best. She always has a smile on her face and makes my day. On top of their great service they do a great job decorating for all the holidays! If you are looking for a new bank check them out!!! If you have any questions ask Rosa Cruz as she will point you in the right direction. And she may even treat you to a piece of candy!!!

Aloha! I've been a customer from the beginning. When I opened the account thirty years ago and it was Fullerton Community Bank, then Opus, now PPBI (Pacific Premier). I adore all the people - Joe, the manager, Diana, Rosa, Isela, Alyssa and Jaime. Knowledgeable, helpful, kind and great at what they do. I recommend this bank instead of the giants that are faceless, nameless banks! Why would you bank there? Never a problem in all these years! Aloha = Love, not just a word - A WAY OF LIFE.

PPBI Fullerton is my absolute favorite branch. The staff is so nice and helpful. I especially like my personal banker, Dianabel. If I ever have any questions or concerns about my or my families accounts, Dianabel is always happy to help. She is very kind, professional and most of all has an amazing attitude. Our family and businesses have been customers of the Fullerton branch for over 20 years way before it was PPBI. We love the small town atmosphere right as soon as you walk in the doors. The team always addresses us by name which is fantastic in this impersonal world. The team always engages us in positive conversation as we do our banking transactions. PPBI is more than a bank...They are part of our finance team. Joe Camacho is always asking how he can make our experience better and he always follows through. The one thing we can count on is for him to ask "how is it going this week?". His team is always going above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. They exceed our standards always and we see them at least 1-2 times a week. Everyone always has a smile and we are very happy with the relationship we have with this team.. thank you Fullerton branch. You are all appreciated!!!!
