We were there checking out a BMW 330i for our daughter. Jesse, the salesman, and Omar, the finance guy, were very rude. They wanted to force us to get some devices that according to them, already wired to the car. I told them nope, i would walk out. Then they removed $3300 of nonsense tracking device. They then wanted to charge us $1800 for DMV fee. This place is very shady with all their fee. Don't look at their online price because they will then add on another $4k when you're there. We walked out and went straight to CarMax, got a car with 30 days return policy and 90 days warranty bumper to bumper. The whole process took less than 2 hours, and we got 6.49% for our loan through Carmax. No price haggle!! They charged us $85 doc fee instead of $1800 from LSM. Please DO NOT go here for any cars. AVOID AVOID AND AVOID!!!
