        I hadn't even made an appointment here. After hanging up on me without speaking, twice, I called a third time and she answered abruptly. I asked if they accepted HMO plans and she screamed "NO!!!". I was so shocked I just hung up. Seems like real friendly people over there.

        I've been a patient at Fullerton Dental Group for a little while now, and all the staff are incredibly caring, friendly, and compassionate. Definitely a great group of people to trust with such a sensitive area in the body.

        Complete waste of time. First time visit and instead of doing a standard cleaning, they tried to do the "deep cleaning" scam that's been going around and asking for $600 + 2 seperate trips to do it. Super unreasonably long wait time too (2 hours!!!) My teeth are fine and I've never been asked to do this before, and was never hinted about this from my previous Dentist. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
