        I had the pleasure of working with Amanda twice. I had such a great experience with her the first time that I knew exactly who to contact when another legal issue came about. Amanda helped me obtain my transcripts from a school that I previously attended. The school continuously ignored my requests. After Amanda got involved, the issue was resolved at the speed of lightning. My second case involved a refund dispute with a major FinTech company. Due to poor customer service at nameless company (we all should know who it is), my issue went unresolved for months. Once Amanda worked my case, we had a quick resolve and my online payment was refunded for services that I never received.Amanda's communication skills are top notch and she operates in a very timely manner. I look forward to working with Amanda again if the need arises in the future. Knowing me, it will because quite a few companies like to bully consumers and expect us to just accept whatever is thrown at us and I'm not one to go down without a good fight.
