        I am a very patient person. I understand the value of giving customer service to each individual. But almost every time I show up to this store there’s only two persons and 15 people waiting. I use the fast payment service self served machine it’s not working today and there’s only two reps. I can say I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes to pay my bill. Seems like one of the reps been chatting for too long with the customer talking about other things not pertaining to spectrum. And that’s why it’s been taking long. On the other hand the other rep is kind of fast he’s been taking more customers then the other rep. There should be a cashier for the customers who are here to pay. It’s not the reps fault this facility should hire more reps.
