If youre serious about your home buying process, Gina is someone who we highly recommend. I dont know what the process would have been with someone else, but I know Ive had more than 10-15 realtors solicit us because they wanted clients. Its is very difficult to find genuine people these days and Gina is that person, she treats you like family and wants to help guide you in your home buying experience. Gina Oddo was the best real estate agent we could have asked for! As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect. But Gina explained the process AND even walked us through a sample of all the paperwork we were going to encounter. She never pressured us into "buying" a house and was always a phone call away. Gina has been a pleasure to work with! From the beginning of the home-buying process, she was always open to our many questions and was quick with her responses which reassured us that we were on the right path as 1st time home buyers. The entire process seemed overwhelming with all the paperwork and back and forth between all involved parties, but she was present until the very end and we couldn't be happier with the results. She is very warm, inviting, and very personable. We were blown away at her professionalism as she was always prepared with printouts of the properties and highlights not covered on the listing. Not only was she extremely accommodating with our schedules and requests, but she also found listings that fit our budget and house qualities we wanted and more. During the house tours, she looked at every nook and cranny and went out of her way to look at the status of the appliances, like the AC unit and furnace to see its age and functionality. Her comments were very insightful and helped us narrow the growing list of potential properties to visit and was considerate of our time together.
