Being a first time home buyer is exciting and scary at the same time, but with Nancy, Mario and Tamis help at Lock Rate Mortgage, it was literally a breeze! They are a great team that have wealth of knowledge when it comes to anything you need to know about lending. Not only are they knowledgeable in their field and the current market but they are great people with fast and friendly service. They had the patience to explain (or re-explain many times if I needed it lol) that made me feel like I was learning so much and no question was left unanswered. There is such attention to detail with their work and not only that, their swift and efficient ways definitely helped in so many ways through my process. I couldnt recommend them enough! 10/10!

Mario is the best ever guys. He thoroughly explained every detail to me, was there when I called and needed him, (at all times of the dayand night) when I was concerned about little things. He made this process so much easier and less stressful in an already demanding environment. Mario, from Lock Rate Mortgage was an amazing lender. He was very informative on our first meeting and continued to walk us through the home buying process. He made it very comfortable and relaxing by providing us with all the information about home buying and any financial programs and questions that arise. He is very communicative and responds very quickly which made the process easy. Nancy was our realtor and she was with us every step of the way. She found us our dream home and was very supportive with her experience and knowledge. They have a partnership like no other and guide you through the process step by step. Tami who was also a big part of our team was great with us by keeping us updated with documents. Also tami was amazing by communicating with us to stay on track and on schedule with escrow. It was such a wonderful experience working with the lock rate mortgage team! Mario had great communication with us and promptly answered any questions we had. He sent over estimated payments for different properties we were interested in, which was extremely helpful in preparing us for sending offers. Mario has a wealth of knowledge that can help first time homebuyers feel comfortable in making major decisions.
