The thought of buying your first home can be daunting but Jordan at SBC made the process quick and easy! We had been looking for a home for over a year and went through the ringer of different loan companies and real estate agents who were looking to make money. After making the call to Jordan we were not only approved for a loan but we were given a sense of security with a payment that worked around our budget. I would recommend the SBC team to anyone looking to buy or finance their next home!

They really lived up to their motto: "From the moment you become a client, you'll receive the education and resources you need to make the very best decisions for you and your family." Steve and Bryan made my whole lending experience with great ease and peace of mind. They came up with a game plan and timeline in which ultimately benefitted me in buying a house especially during this time! Steve was very easy to talk to and readily available to answer my questions and concerns. His calm/soothing voice is also a plus! :D I would address topics with Steve regarding real estate market which would worry me at times. Instead, he would give me a different perspective and share his experience and knowledge which ,otherwise, made it an opportunity for us! He guided me really well with what documents we needed and explain thoroughly any clauses I was unsure about. He made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to ask questions away-anything at all! Once all requirements are met, we would collaborate with Bryan on how to execute buying a house tailored to my financial needs. I received guidance, knowledge, and experience which made my buying experience memorable. It was great to have a solid team by your side especially towards one of my major purchases and most important investment in my life! It's been a month already since I've closed escrow but even until now, I continually receive their support and guidance! With that, I am very happy and satisfied with my experience.
