As always, Diane does it again!! Another flawless experience!! As a realtor for over 30 years, I have worked with many many different lenders and am constantly approached by other lenders wanting to work our buyers. BUT when you have that one in a MILLION Lender who consistently surpasses all expectations why would you work with anyone else? Diane brings not only 30+ years of experience but also a level of care and attention that is huge bonus when buying a home. Her focus is not just on the transaction but on the clients' needs and what is truly in their best interest. She makes what I do, so much easier because the clients are well informed, know that they have all of their lending needs taken care of and able to move forward with comfort and confidence. I am not a fan of surprises for my clients while working together and with Diane there are no surprises except the good surprise of being able to close not only on time BUT early if the clients so desire! If you're looking for a lender, SHE is the ONE!

Absolutely amazing lender. Very few lenders will communicate with the listing agent during a transaction. Not Diane, she introduced her-self prior to opening escrow and continued giving us weekly updates until closing. Also, we closed in less than 21 days as promised. What a great experience! Frank N.

Diane and her team are the best. The transaction was set to close in 30 days but we ended up closing in 21 days. No hiccups whatsoever, smoothest transaction ever. Stop looking around for a broker, give Diane a call. You wont regret it! Thank me later

I'm a first-time home buyer and I cannot even BEGIN to describe how wonderful it has been to work with Diane throughout this process. Her rates were the most competitive out of all the lenders I shopped, her style was the warmest and most compassionate, her insight was unmatched, and her response time was virtually nonexistent. My experience with Diane has been absolutely sublime from start to finish. I would give her more stars if I could, but 5/5 is the most I can offer. Thank you, Diane.
