100% recommended if you want to learn authentic Muay Thai. Coaches here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Gym and equipments are clean and well maintained. Plenty of spaces for members to hangout or parents watching or waiting for their kids. You wont regret coming here.

This gym is perfect for enthusiasts of all skill levels. Whether you want to train to fight or just to get in shape, they can do it all. They provide personal training, body conditioning, or Muay Thai classes. I personally love it and there is great rapport amongst the students in the class. You can also work out alone using their equipment if you want.

good experience so far at the gym. People here are friendly and coaches here are really relax, knowledgeable and really really technical. Real Muay Thai gym accommodate all levels.

I was looking around for women self-defense class and came across this gym. Highly recommend to take their intro class. I feel much more confident before joining the group class Coach Khoa is good explaining all the basics and techniques. They also have a nice gym with tons to equipments. Everything is clean and sanitized. Definitely a place to go for self-defense and weight loss.

This gym is a great place to learn and practice Muay Thai. Kru Khoa and Kru John are accommodating to people of all ages and experience levels. They are attentive to each individual student and areas they can refine to perfect their techniques. The classes are well structured and are a great workout. They also have a gym with free weights and some machines that you can access. If you are interested in the art of Muay Thai or just want to get a good workout I would recommend trying some classes here.
