        In November I purchased my phone & accessories. One of the accessories was a screen protector which I was informed has a lifetime warranty. The day I purchased my phone the staff member was having issues with the internet so it took much longer for the transaction. Today Jan 21 I went in to change screen protector & was informed I would have to purchase a new screen protector because I did not register it. I explained I wasnt informed to register the screen protector. He just said nothing I can do but sale you a new one.
