Called these folks late Friday, maybe half hour before closing. Some yard cleanup we needed to be done by Monday, the type of stuff my age/back/COPD wouldn't tolerate. They set up a time for the next morning. Chad did a thorough, amazing job checking with me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied and checking what needed to be done next. Then did even more. Professional, personable and responsive. And he was there over a weekend for a last minute call.

I have been using Chad with Epic property services for years and the reason I wont use anyone else is because he does what he says he will do and doesnt over promise under deliver. The first job he ever did was get cat urine out of my BRAND NEW Z-GALLERY carpert that everyone told me could not be done but he did it!! Once I found out they do pretty much any service for your home as a one stop shop, I wont use anyone else and I tell everyone about them.

Epic came out to do a junk clean up on my property and it was great! They stayed in contact with me, were right on time, and cleaned up everything I needed gone! I felt like everything was spread out and it was no issue for them! Highly recommend them to anyone needing their services and I will definitely be using them again.
