The Howard Apartments

I have been a tenant here for quite a few years and I love living here. Especially because of our leasing agent Diego. While people have come and gone in the leasing office, Diego has been here and a rock for me. He is the main reason I have continued to live here for as long as I have. This man always goes above and beyond more than anyone that I have seen working here. He makes me feel like a part of the family, and not like a stranger who lives in an apartment complex and is isolated. No task is ever too big for Diego, and he always gets things done promptly and efficiently. I currently injured myself, and cannot walk, and he has been of so much help. I cannot thank him enough. -Aida

This place is mostly awesome - the management team & facilities are great and everything just works. Only complaint I have is I was told the only thing that would get deducted from my deposit was a $150 cleaning fee, but i ended up getting charged more than twice that amount.

I have been living at the Howard Apartments @ 611 N Howard St., Glendale, CA since October, 2019. Since I moved in I have experienced multiple breaking & entering episodes with my car being vandalized as well as my apartment. The entire managerial team here at the The Howard Apartments have gone into my unit and taken sheets, towels, jewelry, food item that are too numerous to mention. PLEASE BE AWARE: You will never have PRIVACY, You will be Charged with bogus fees, Your Belongings Will Be Taken & Until You Move Out It Will Be a Nightmare. Margaret Steinkirchner
